I have lived near Westhaven Trailer Park since it was first started by Charlie Holland in the early 1960's Russell Fahl bought the court and continued to hold it's integrity in the area. It was once the nicest court in the county. Since Mr. Fahl passed away and Westhaven now has new owners the court has become trashy and run down. It has not been kept up I was told the new owners live out of state and are simply draining income from the property. When the Fahl's owned the court any mobile home had to be painted within ten years or be moved, trash outside was not permitted. Weeds, trash abound, it'ssad to see it being allowed to run down.
