I am very sadden yo write this review. My granddaughter had her photo taken for her 16th birthday almost a year ago. We have been promised over and over that we would receive her finished photo but after almost a year of excuses, removal from Facebook and failure to call back, we have not received a finished copy.. we paid for two settings and only recurved a very rough draft if one. My granddaughter just turned 17 and we had paid for a memory that we never received. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of since we paid in full at time of photo shooting. We were met in a rented hotel room and feel scammed.
