Lynn took my daughter’s senior photos on October 16th. She knew it was way out of my budget but I scraped together money so my daughter could have nice photos from what seemed to be a professional company. Months went by and she continued to give me every single pity excuse for why she didn’t not send me her photos and continued to promise to send them to me. She said I would get the photos that I paid for, a full refund, and that she would even do cap and gown photos for free. More weeks went by and no pictures, she even stopped communicating. I continued to text her hoping that she, as a mom, would feel compelled to do the right thing and just send the pictures. I even said she didn’t need to retouch or do anything other than send the digital pictures as they were. When I brought up the fact that we had a contract and I would go explore what I could do legally, she took that as a “threat” and said our contract is terminated.
