Horrible! I got the Complete Year Round package and was significantly disappointed. I often had to email to remind them to shovel my drive way and my back lane. They never put any salt down. When they would mow, there would be grass trimmings all over my walk ways. When I inquired about my services as I still had a month left on my contract, I was sent a horrible snarky email. They are incredibly rude, hard to get a hold of, over charge for their services and under perform. I would NEVER use them again.
