Terrain Landscaping (Queen City Plowing) customers should take heed signing a contract with Gavin Caulfield. He appeared ethical and reliable – he is not. His plowing business (formerly Queen City Plowing) damaged my driveway 13 months ago and Gavin has been a no show for all of his promised repairs and my payment refund he promised as resolution to this damage. Terrain Landscaping does not have the required permit nor proof of $100,000 liability insurance with the town of West Seneca, as required, yet he is still soliciting his plowing business for 2023 – 2024. Please do your research before signing a contract with him.
