BEWARE: Naranjos General Service (NSG) Storages company are SCAMMERS. This NSG company is not to be trusted. They already have 4 complaints with BBB. They are rated F. We initially made a contract with them on 12/4/24 and paid a $1000 and they promised they would come in two to three weeks because according to them they had other storages ahead of us. I called and spoke to one of the owners on the third week and said that he would show up on from Dec 19-21. They didn’t show up. Then Christmas and New Years came around, and their excuse was they were in Mexico and couldn’t come back in time. Then we contact them again and they say that they will come the second week of Jan. and still nothing. We asked for either the money or material they bought with the $1000 and got no response. They have horrible customer service, they would take a day to respond or nothing at all, either ignore or leave messsge in Read. After basically asking/telling them that they scammed us, now they don’t respond
