This company was maintaining our yard for several years. They were doing an almost adequate job of it; not good enough to get excited about but not bad enough to fire them. This year they just didn't show up to do any work. I emailed, I left voicemail, and finally I wrote to their bookkeeper. She told me that they are no longer performing services in my neighborhood. It's fine if a company can no longer provide service to a long time regular customer, but you'd think that out of common courtesy they'd at least let the customer know about it. For several years I've had projects here that I know they had the capability to address, but they weren't enterprising enough to coordinate with me about them. So, personally I'd give these people a pass, despite their image as a "high end" provider of landscaping and gardening services.
