Went to get a removal of a set I got elsewhere and wanted a new gel polish until I can see my usual nail person. Gel polish started chipping the next day. Went back to get it fixed made a time convenient for them. One girl started the removal then was told to go to other client. Sat there no one said a word to me. Then a gal asked oh you are getting your nails fixed I said yes. She came back as she forgot her apron. She did the fix only for two more nails to chip hours later. The establishment is so filthy. No clean tools are used. The aprons are so disgusting, polishes, brushes, files are all used, not cleaned or sterilized. Ugh I will not be back!!!
