Started going here when Michael and his wife owned/managed. They both were very personable, kind, professional and did exactly what you requested. They moved snd someone else took over. Since then the place has gone to crap with service. Terrible, rude at times and DO NOT do what you asked. They don't listen. Eye rolls because ,"I" don't know what I'm talking about. They argue, don't communicate on a personable level and do terrible job painting nails and getting coats even or not bumpy. I scheduled with one lady for pedi and a fill, she did Pedi but not fill. Her reason was because she don't like to. She bumped me to someone else. I asked why, that was her response. Are you kidding me??? I won't go back. I believe they lost alot of customers besides me. They had been very slow the last couple months when I'm there. Also if nothing going on they sit around on their phones. Makes me wonder if s couple of them are licensed also
