Crystal is always friendly and very knowledgeable. She offers guidance on nail colour and shape, cuticle care, and has great suggestions for nail art. Hot Nails uses cotton balls soaked in acetone to help remove the nail polish. I recognize the extra time this process requires. Sterilization procedures and cleanliness are quite evident; there is no delay to get an appointment and the prices are reasonable.
