After years of visiting this business in both locations off and on, I have to say I was highly disappointed this past weekend. I booked a special time for my daughter and I to get a mani and pedi. The owner (I know for sure) greeted us rudely, seemed very annoyed that I wanted my daughter to have the mani/pedi experience, and insisted I only asked for a polish. So I settled on that; She only received a quick file and a 2-minute polish job which was $30. After $100 in total and less than 40 minutes of time spent on our relaxing time, there was no acknowledgment or even a goodbye or thank you. The nail polish for our manicure was all chipped off in less than 48 hours on both of us. I am disappointed, to say the least; I have spent a great deal of money over the years there and have no idea why it was such poor customer service. I will not be returning!
