I came in for a colour, Hillary coloured her own hair during my appt. She wasn’t paying attention, or paying more attention to her own looks. She burnt my hair off and I have a pixie cut now. It’s an inch all over my head. I’ve never seen such a disaster and have cried every day looking in the mirror at it. 10/10 would not recommend.
