AWFUL SERVICE! MANAGER DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. Today I had an appointment at 5:00 pm to get a shellac manicure, when I reached at the salon the manager told me that the lady who would do my nails was not there, I asked her why they had not called me to cancel the appointment or reschedule it and the manager just told me that "she had forgotten" so I asked her if someone was available at 5.00 (time of my appointment) and she said yes, it turns out she was herself her name is "Sissy", she left me waiting on the chair for her 30 minutes without any explanation, she left me disrespectfully waiting and when she came back and I expressed how uncomfortable I was about the situation she didn't even offer me an explanation so less an apologize, of course I left. I felt so disrespected. If the manager of this place, who also does the manicure, acts in this way, what can be expected from the rest of the staff?! So TERRIBLE!!!!
