These guys are out of business.

Very poor service and will not honour warranty. Beware if you have any issue or defective window they will tell you to contact the manufacturer and you then have to pay for installation. Was told by Aurora window and doors that when you buy a fridge or tv you don’t go back to the store! That you call the manufacturer!! Then told me that thé defective lines I have all thru my windows are from act of God and that isn’t covered. They told me that we have extreme weather and pollution for past two years and that is what caused the problem in glass and that this was and act of God. I would never recommend this company. They do not stand behind their warranty. Sure they will be nice and take your money. BUT don’t count on them honoring warranty. Then your on your own and have to call manufacturer and pay installation. I have over 4 years left on my warranty and it means nothing! They don’t even rate one star

Don't go Here! They quoted double the price to fix a stone chip and the. Said we needed a full windshield replacement for over 600 dollars. We went elsewhere and got chip done for 60 dollars and if we had needed a full replacement it would've cost less than 400. This guy is a scammer

The installers Henry and Tyson were super guys. Friendly and knowledgeable. Their work was profession and very neat. They cleaned up all the areas where they were working, inside and out. I would recommend the company any time.

Highly recommend Bob! He was able to give us the best price in town. He got us a custom made wrought iron door insert for our over sized front door and it looks gorgeous! Super professional, super quick, and cares about his work.

We have been using Canada Custom Shutters for years. My brother first introduced me to this family owned company 5 years ago and after interviewing 3 other companies, I went with CCS because his recommendation, CCS's competitive pricing and the details Mark gave during the quotation process. The shutters made for 2 sun-burst arches fit perfectly and looks awesome. Their 3.5" wood plantation shutters are extremely durable and look as new over the 5 + years. The paint has not faded, cracked or yellowed and the mechanism is working as new. Mark's meticulous measurements and installation ensured the shutters all fit perfectly with even spacing and alignment. We chose wood shutters over plastic because of the look and feel, and CCS's product provided our kids (dust allergies), with a dust free environment. Now after recent complete window replacement, CCS has provided great after sales service. My extended family and friends use CCS for all their shutter needs and concur that they are happy with dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plantation shutters!!!

I had an issue with some windows and contacted Pollard for some help. They responded quickly and sent a very competent and professional gentleman to our house. He assessed the problem immediately and within weeks our window replacements were installed ! What can I say : customer service is alive and well at Pollard !
