Had a lot of work done previously by Lionel (windows, door) that went well. BUT we have had no success whatsoever getting him to come and replace a window crank mechanism. Left numerous phone messages. He did call and say he would come "on the weekend" but never called or showed up. We then have again left many unanswered messages. NOT THE SERVICE WE CAME TO EXPECT FROM HIM!!!

Sales Consultants Chuck and Tom were fantastic. Punctual and answered all questions even addressing concerns we hadn't thought of. Installation by Sergey and his team was done quickly. VERY reasonably priced. Noticed a problem with insulation and Sergey came back the next week and fixed it in 5minutes. Went with this company because my parents had lots of work done by them and having seen the workmanship last over a decade, I'm looking forward to enjoying my new windows for years to come.

When we moved into our home, one of the newest windows installed had a broken seal. We noticed a Gentek sticker on it and called to see if they could help repair it. We were told the windows were installed in 2004, and offered to replace the defective window pane for a very small fee to cover the labour.
The installer was fast and our windows are all set for another few decades!
Everyone we were in touch with was very professional, friendly and helpful.
