I like the style of workout, where you do treadmill, rowing and floor. I also like how intense the workout is and you can gage exactly how hard your pushing by looking at your heart rate. The coaches encourage you to try your best, and I like seeing how many “splat” points I’ve earned by the end of it!

Superb water massage! Jodie is an exceptional healer. Beautiful surroundings in the Laurentians. Very comfortable apartment and hot tub, for enjoyable overnight stays. And did I mention that Jodie is an excellent cook as well as delightfully charming?

Great swim programs and very consistent level of teaching among the instructors. The facility is well maintained and offers various changing rooms for families. Parking can get tricky as the arena is next door but the city hall lot is available as well as the 2 schools next door during off hours.
