Wow! After 15 years + of having had the privilege and grace of many gifts & teachings of wonderful yoga teachers...I've come across the real deal!!! Peter at Kali Yuga Yoga is wise beyond words with such warmth & compassion that envelopes you like that of a BIG hug. I've wanted to try Yoga for the longest but always felt intimidated by it. So I mad the jump and went to Centre Yoga Santé, considering it was right next door to my house and they had a free try out. I tried Hot Yoga and boy was I was not disappointed. Not only is the place welcoming, clean and rather large to accommodate enough people. The teacher Sabrina, was very clear (french) instruction, patient and calming despite the first time i made the positions. I've gone to Isabelle Level 1 hot Yoga, which was also very challenging but i left there feeling refreshing, full of energy and satisfied. I am currently still going and plan on as i am satisfied every time i go. I've tried the Hot Yin Yan as well which i enjoyed as well. Go try it out, you wont be disappointed. My only downside is i often book my session via MindBody app and at when i reach there, i still have to wait in the line up just for them to confirm my presence. They should implement a scanning system from smart phone similar to the members who have a card. But this isn't bad enough for me to remove a star. Keep up the great work!

Super gym à Lachine! Tout est pensé pour faciliter notre entraînement et rendre notre expérience agréable. Le service est très courtois. Les cours offerts sont variés. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter!
