Je n'ai jamais été un grand adepte de yoga, mais les cours que Kara donne font exception à la règle. L'endroit est intime, chaleureux et apaisant. Superbe expérience, je vous la recommande fortement!

Cara makes you feel so comfortable. I had never done yoga before I met Cara and she made me fall in love with it. Even after the first session with her I became more aware of my posture, alignment, and breathing. I enjoy weight lifting, and yoga with Cara has improved my mindfulness about form and movement. She makes it easy for you to learn and improve. She has motivated me since day 1, I always look forward to my next session with Cara. I highly recommend starting yoga with her whether yoga is new for you or something you're already into!

Beautiful, peaceful space. Wonderful yoga session with Maxx. Especially liked the essential oil at the beginning and end.

Après des années à essayer différents cours de yoga, j'ai enfin trouvé. Coup de coeur pour l'endroit si bien décoré, propre et bien pensé. Je vous recommande chaudement le cours de préparation yoga. Que du bon, un massage pour le corps et l'esprit. Un cadeau à vous faire chaque semaine!

I love Yogalab Nomad because is for real people. There is no mirrors and is not the typical yoga studio for athletic people that go only for superficial reasons. Small, personal, real, the teacher is fantastic, she do classes in French, English and Spanish. That's great! She is a real teacher with Sivananda certification in India. I do yoga there since it opens on 2014. 100% recommended.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Store is always organized and tidy.
