I have had lots of work done on my boat there over the years and have always found them to be more than reasonable with their prices and customer service is second to none! Beautiful location and grounds are always well kept and very secure. Definitely recommend over any marina in the area

I was over charged to start, turbo piping leaked everywhere also wasn't how I wanted it, my oil pan had jb weld over a leaking welded in bung for oil return, there's factory oil return ports in the block that they didn't even cap off, so as I drove home all my oil came out of the factory oil return port. Truck was dropped off with brand new turbos one of them came back with a bolt or what I think is a bolt in it, the head of the bolt is 1/2 round with 3 grinded down sides no wrench or socket fits on used vice grips to get the bolt out.

The staff at Derek’s diesel are amazing at what they do. I had an issue with a Cummins 8.3 in a ford l8000 that no one could figure out, I had spent money on fuel lift pumps injectors and other parts such as throttle linkages fuel lines etc, Joe simply asked what the problem was I told him it was very sluggish and slow going up any sort of incline and he put a ball valve on the counter and said you need this. It was the return ball valve on the back of the injector pump. I replaced this part and seals and took it for a test drive, it worked perfectly. After 1 week of not being in service and 3-4 opinions Derek’s diesel solved my mystery and put me back to work. Thanks Joe for your help

I took all of those advisements and went on in and was absolutely amazed at the level of service. Not only was their quote less than half of every other garage that I had been to but they took me home and then 5 hours later delivered my truck to my door and like with a pizza delivery brought an invoice, my F350 and a portable tap machine to my door and asked if I would like to test drive it BEFORE I paid the bill. I have never even heard of this level of service EVER. NOT EVEN FROM THE LOCAL FORD DEALER WHO WASNT EVEN INTERESTED IN FIXING MY TRUCK AFTER THE WARRANTY WAS UP. They just told me that I should buy a new truck and offered me peanuts for my 3.8 year old F350 DUALLY DIESEL. And when I say peanuts I mean less than 4 grand on trade in value. That’s how much they valued my 84.3 thousand dollar sale from 3.8 years ago. So Dale thanks very much for taking the time to take care of my truck, and Shawn thank you for making me feel welcome the day I came in to ask the questions. You both should be proud of your little operation there on the corner that everyone drives by but never goes into. To all you folks who don’t take the time to stop in? You are missing out on probably the best all round and well rounded and friendly and fast paced honest garages in the entire county of Simcoe. Kudos and hats off to you guys. I’ll be back soon.
