Garage Door

My appointment was cancelled at 45 minutes notice. I had already taken a day off of work in order to meet with the installer and the next "available appointment" was 5 days in advance. Terrible customer service, was promised a call back by the management which never materialized, and then after having to ring 6 times for somebody to answer the phone, I was berated by the "Manager" for ringing so many times without leaving a message. How about getting one of your employees to answer the phone or phoning back as promised? The company has refused any form of compensation for the time I have had to take off of work to fulfill this commitment and refused any gesture of goodwill for the future appoint. The parting shot by the manager, who's demeanor at all times was rude and unhelpful, was "I suggest you find somewhere else". I shall be doing that. I suggest you all do it too.

I had a new roller shutter garage door fitted by ACE when I lived in Stevenage. I found them to be very courteous and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Having a roller shutter is pure luxury and bliss when it’s raining. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the springs of my garage door broke, I called Harrow Garage Doors & Fences Services for help. After a few minutes, they called me back and said they'd send someone to check. Harrow Garage Doors & Fences Services arrived an hour later and fixed the broken spring. Great service.

I contacted Garage Doors Direct, Had a huge problem, my Double Garrage Door had come off the runners, I needed an urgent replacement motor as the force of the dropped Garrage door had pulled part of the motor off. Richard was over within the hour and put my Garage door back and replaced the motor. I highly rate Richard of Garage Doors Direct Excellent and Efficient Service Many Thanks Richard

I had another Garage company called to fix an opener problem. Called Sat eve, made an appt for Sun morning but they didn't show. Dindn't even call. So I called Holloway Garage Doors & Gates Care. They responded with an appt choice for what was good for me. I asked for an evening on Monday. Amazing!!! all done. I've got Holloway Garage Doors & Gates Care's number and will be the only one I call.

Everything went well from the ordering to the fitting with one exception. The fitting date was originally six weeks from ordering, but became ten weeks. However all that is forgotten now as we are very pleased with the quality of the doors and the excellent fitter.
