I would not even give them one star although the young lady on the phone was nice no one showed up for appt this morning I recieved a call they would be at my home at 10:30 am and no one showed up or called So just a wraning if they can't show up or call to cancel or check to see if they can still come if they were running late they will not be my choice unreliable already

"I hired Miracle Movers twice to help me move my larger than the average sectional couch - both in and out of my past apartment. However, I was presented with an issue that had to be solved. You see my older apartments elevator(s) did not support the proper/standard height requirements needed to move furniture of this type. Thus, the Miracle Mover team was relegated to use the stairwells each time with a total of five floors per each visit. What amazed me the most was how flawlessly they accomplished this task in such a short amount of time. The team was efficient, professional and I would definitely use them again for a future job and/or recommend them to my fellow peers.”

We had a sofa delivered by them from Urban Barn. It was a bit too big to fit in the elevator so they brought it up three flights of stairs to our suite! It was quite challenging to maneuver the piece up the stairwell but they pulled it off. They were polite and courteous throughout. We tipped them and they went on their way. Thankfully everything turned out ok. We would definitely use them again!

The entire Hercules crew worked well with me and my husband to make our piano move seamlessly, from the info on the phone with the sales person to the very competent, compassionate moving crew. Thank you for helping us with the most difficult, but emotionally important, part of our house move.

The best movers in Toronto!

My movers were a Godsend last week. They were attentive, conscientious and quick. They did in two hours what would have taken my husband and I couple of days to do! We moved from 2br house to a nice 3br apartment. We will definitely re-hire Miracle Movers! Thanks again!

James moved our piano when it was 40 degrees outside. I am so sorry for his crew and him. They nonetheless went down 4 steps from one house, then up 22 steps to the new house. All they wanted was water after. See you at tuning time!

Damaged a few things but hid them well and lost a few things too.

I used Dino's movers in 2006 to move from Toronto to Cobourg. It was an emergency move so it was short notice and also on Super Bowl Sunday. They sent two guys out, they loaded the truck and were off to Cobourg. My mom was on the receiving end and literally was amazed at how polite and quick they were. Also reasonable priced it was just under $300 back then. They also moved a few things around for her until it fit. I wish I had remembered Dino's for my move back to Toronto as I totally got scammes by another company. I have always recommened Dino's movers to everyone since!

Beware !! Ridiculous and completely insane! We placed an order to move safe and they are supposed to come prepared. They just arrived at the place and realized that they need a forklift/crane. They hardly spent 5-10mins at the max and said they need to be paid for an hour which is $ 145.00/hr (absolute craziness). Now that they have come, we asked them to atleast move the other items so we could pay them. He started demanding for 2 hours pay now ($ 290.00) to move an item within scarborough which is hardly 10 mins drive from ellesmere to eglinton. These kinda people are a curse to the city.

When asked for packing services for a residential move when we booked the move and when the movers came they just picked up the stuff that was packed. This wasnt stress free.... Now we need to hire another mover. Thanks guys Never recommending these movers.

The NK Mover's crew was great! They showed up on time and completed a 2-bedroom move within hours. They were very efficient and quick in packing all my stuff and loading up. The unloaded the stuff as per my instructions. Couldn't be happier!

What a lovely day we had! I moved from my building in Toronto to my new retirement home couple of weeks ago, just getting settled to write a review, I promised my team I would! From the booking with Shawn at the office, to the wonderful young men that showed up slightly early, clean and ready to go, it was a great day. Thanks to Dwayne, Ryan and Adeolu for being so patient and careful with my belongings and me of course! Moving out with a very old small elevator I thought would be difficult, these men made it easy, They took apart a few things, didn't mind when I had to re decide where to get them set up at my new space. Whole day was very smooth, definitely recommend to everyone, good to know in my case, there is a senior discount! Thanks again TSM😀
