The best grooming parlor in London. Muffin and Paddington always come out looking so stunning it takes me an hour to walk a normal 10 min walk as everyone wants to touch them. Nick is so utterly charming and helpful and we all thoroughly enjoy coming here. Paddington came home in a tie today and muffin with her hair in bunchies. Too cute.

We took our Wheaten Terrier puppy for his first bath and groom and were very impressed with the care taken to make him feel at ease, especially as he can be a nervous around water. He loves going now! Always comes back looking fanstastic too!

Outstanding service. Great range of treats and fabulous outfits for my bichon Fred is always groomed the way I’ve asked and smells great.

JJPC and Mary are absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. It gives us great comfort to know that Mary is looking after our cat and flat whilst we're away. Mary's help is invaluable and we appreciate the amount of time and attention she gives to our cat considering her other clients. It's to the point where our cat looks disappointed to see my wife or I walk through the door and not her friend Mary!

Pretty Paws are one of the nicest places I have ever been to for pets. Please ignore what negative reviews have been written as I’m certain that these people must have done something or said something rude to start of with. The staff are super kind and knowledgeable to say the least. I would highly recommend Pretty Paws to animal lovers.

It is an amazing shop. Over the years we have had our dogs groomed there who have enjoyed the experience, the food and the friendly service.

Was desperate for a cooling mat for my chow in this horrendous heat wave and luckily they had one left. Owner was very nice and helpful.

I was surprised by the lower floor where they are operating right now because I remember how they looked like at the time of Harrods. But the friendly environment and the professional manner from these guys worth any penny!

Good place to go to for all sorts of animal products and accessories. There's a great selection of all the things animals need & the price is reasonable
