I had more then 3 hours delay with WizzAir in July between Luton and Budapest. The airline told us the we are not entitled to any compensation, but I found this company, and they took the case and solved it. I am happy with the service. The informed me every months and write all of the answers what I could have asked, but I didn't have to, cause they have already been answered them. To be honest they charge almost 50% of the amount, but I didn't have to do anything. I was calm for the whole time and happy when they said they could resolve my case and won.
