Always great service, reasonable costs, and good food!!

Food is super ono. Truly love their signature salad dressing, Both Sato and Kuni are gracious hosts, and Deb in the bar is fantastic. For authentic Japanese Food on tne West side, Kuni's is second to none.

My go to place for hawaiian food fix, or when I crave lau lau, and im not in town side which I would go to youbgs fish market

Very good experience. Food was fine, the service was good. Be careful, the servings are huge. We'll go back and order less food.

The waitress seemed nice, but the food came out very slowly & cold. My family had a friend visiting, and she wasn't pleased with the service,or the food, due to it coming out cold. And we paid quite a bit for all of it.

My dining in experience was fine however I walked over to the bakery area to order some pastries. Looked over what there was to purchase and noticed there was a sign on the bakery counter top that said to place my order with the cashier on the fast food side, even though there was a worker in bakery. Basically I'm waiting kind of in between of the two areas. Well no one came over to where I was to take my order, mind you at the time no one else was in line or there for that matter. Then two other people walk over and the lady that was standing in the bakery area takes the orders from those two people before she acknowledged me. I was simply following directions and ended up becoming third in line instead of first.

In my opinion, my family likes eating here. One time, we went here the seats were broken and the seats were so low that you could barely eat comfortably. But then, everything changed. We went here a couple weeks ago and the seats got fixed and know there is a lot of cushioning that helps you sit properly. Also, the whole place got brighter with the new lights and the friendly staff. The service is okay:) My mother just doesn't like the way the green tea tastes because it tastes like hot water. I like the sushi they have here, and now they came out with kid's menues. I would want to come here again:)

We order simple plates my husband received his plate took another 10 minutes for my side order still waiting on curry with rice by the time they bought it my husband food was cold they didn’t even bring out something as simple as tofu however I have to give them an A for all the water we got in the hour we were there. We wanted to eat our dinner together had he started before mine he would have been done and I would have just started so we left. Never eating there ever again. Instead we are at Ramen Ya down the road much better.

soups and entrees are delicious. sometimes your body demands lemongrass.

Location is a little bit un-inviting visually, yet the food is very very good.. best burgers around!

Went there on a Saturday night and was able to get through the drive threw in a matter of minutes. The speed here tops any McDonald's on island. I would recommend this place to anyone in a rush.

So thankful that this spot is close by and not in town! We’ve been coming here for a while and a review is long overdue. First off, coffee is always fresh and your cup will never be empty which is always a good sign. The menu is very large (although laid out kind of weird) and the prices are very fair compared to other breakfast spots. The food comes out in extremely large portions and is always delicious! The omelettes are huge and awesome for the price, although I always get some sort of tasty waffle. The place is clean and the staff is always so nice! If you’re looking for a cozy, ono breakfast then come here for sure! Thanks Kountry Style Kitchen!

The menu and food was good. The wait person was friendly. But management needs improvement. Had the coconut shrimp with 2 sides, only to discover that one of the sides was a "premium" side costing $2 more. Same thing happened to my friend. It wasn't too busy but the young waitress spent about 10 minutes taking 3 young guy's orders to go, while I waited to get ketchup for fries (and they send it out in small dishes so you can't just go grab a bottle). The atmosphere felt like something you'd find at a drive in, with loud pop music playing out front and louder Hawaian sounds clashing with that, coming from the kitchen. When I asked them to turn one or the other down, they did but gave me a bit of a glare. Maybe that's why the dinner salad got delivered at the same time as my hot meal...spite. Overall this place makes customers feel like they are spoiling the staff's fun. It could use a new evening manager.
