Countertop Fabricators

We have used Stone Innovation twice, for two kitchens. The first time they did a good job and we were happy with their service. The second time they installed a slab with two fairly major errors -- the length of the L was off by a couple of inches, and they made the sink cutout the wrong size. We provided the template that came with the sink and were specific that we wanted a zero reveal, but they cut a large positive reveal, exposing about 1/2" of the undermount sink edges all around. When we questioned the errors, they were extremely rude on the phone, calling us liars and telling us that it's standard to cut a large positive reveal for undermount sinks, which it certainly is not. We asked them to redo the slab and they refused, saying that it was too hard to get the slab in or out -- this is a ground-level apartment. In the end we negotiated a discount off the job, but we are stuck with the errors and we will not be using them again.
