Staff here are super friendly and make you feel welcomed, as much as I wanted to like this place I just cannot get over the fact that the guy who did my nails did not prep it properly and when I asked for him to cut the cuticles and prep it properly he told me that he didn’t need to cut the cuticle because it would disappear when he laid the acrylic. laying acrylic over un-prepped nails will cause the acrylic to lift in a couple of days and will snag on everything. When I asked the other staffs there why did he not prep it properly they told me that cutting the cuticles cost extra and not part of the prepping process when it is very much so part of the prepping process. They then told me that if I wanted him to cut and prepped properly then I should have asked him to do it even though I explained that I had already asked and he disregarded it. My nails starting lifting the next couple of days and me being the person I am wanted to give it another shot and hopes it will go well, so I called the Salon and explained the story and asked if there was anything they can do, and the guy on the phone said to some in and they will fix it but when I did all they did was filed the lifted parts and put a top coat over it then told me it will still cost extra to do anything else. Proper prep is key for any kind of nail extensions so please don’t call yourselves nail techs if I and others have to pay extra for proper prep.

Really friendly staff. Most importantly, they do very good pedicures. The older woman spends a lot of time on your nails making sure all ingrowns are cutback. I come back here repeatedly for her.

This place was wonderful - clean, modern, lots of color options, friendly staff. One thing that sets this place apart is that they ask if you want to pay before they start polish. I wish more salons did this! Prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area.
