The ladies here were very friendly and accommodating. My son and I were visiting from Chicago and Wisconsin a few days ago. If I were to go back to Oakland California i would go back to The Corner Nail Bar. If knew that someone were visiting the Oakland California area I would definitely recommend this place.

It really feels like a cozy family experience here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And they always put nail health first. They taught me about GelX and I haven’t looked back since! Highly recommend

So I found this place when walking through my neighborhood when I first moved here. I really like them up until this year. Their prices went up from like $45 for a pedi and a gel mani to $60 for the same. Then another perk is getting a “free” massage in the chair while getting a pedi but last time I was literally the only customer and they put me in a chair that was broken. Like the massager was making it uncomfortable to sit. Also I feel like the quality has started to decline. I will probably only go back due to the convenience but am planning to try other nail shops in the area first.

Ann is the hostess with the Mostess!! She really takes the time to talk to customers and help you feel comfortable. Linda is sweet and Johnny cares so much. This is a first class mail shop. You will walk away feeling that you have done business here ! Glad I found this place and pray that they around for a while. Team Gelx

Customer service from front desk manager was great and my pedicure was decent. Unfortunately my gel extension experience was extremely disappointing. The lady who did my hands gave me a hard time because I wanted them short. I showed her a picture from nails that came from their shop just to ensure I wasn’t asking for anything too crazy. She had no intention to clean up the the French manicure line until I said something (it was super messy). The picture does not do it justice but the clear coat separated into these small circles on almost every nail. It’s a bummer when you spend $80 and the execution is poor.
