Great service, great work! Vivian is a wonderful oraganizer, Jenny is a sweetheart and does a perfect powder job. Mary is very gentle but thorough on my feet. I'm happy.

Awesome... In and out within 45 minutes. Got a gel manicure the nail technician was efficient. I received just what I asked for. Will be coming back!

Always the best quality service when I come to Vivian's. Amazing polishing and fills and just everything!

I love the new and upscale looking location.Today I received one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had from a technician named Catrina, and she’s nice to talk to too! Definitely recommend coming here for your mani pedi.

Super rough and no sanitizing. This is my first manicure in US and I’m super disappointed. The service is far worse than that I received in China. And price split is not clear enough. Absolutely no “service” and all Vivian care about is money. The technician was not professional and was rude to me and my nails. She scraped them very hard and it was awful. One of my finger start to hurt the night after manicure. I saw no cleaning procedure before manicure and none on tools between customers. Disgusting. The towel under your hands was filthy—-grey and black taints everywhere. DISGUSTING. After I required another technician, the shop owner (might be) called me honey but eventually didn't find another technician for me. She was also chatting with colleagues all the time during the manicure with foreign language, never focused on her job. I guess this is what you call a customer coax. I'm going to remove these nails tomorrow. By the way the technician keep telling me to choose a small butterfly sticker, insisting that larger ones would not fit my nails. But clearly larger ones WILL DO. Girls, if you want a clean, gentle and pleasant manicure, do not choose this place.
