This was a terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. We got gel manicures and they looked so bad (like thick circles). Our nails were filed down to the bone. Also the shape was a complete circle nail. We asked to be refunded and they said they could only refund us if they take them off, so we said yes to that. Then after they were taken off they said they would not refund us. We paid $75 to leave with extremely filed down and weak nails. On top of that he called our natural nails ugly. If you want to be happy with your nails don’t go here. I highly recommend going to ECO NAILS instead- it’s on 3270 California Blvd in Napa. We have always had an amazing experience here and they are so nice- go here. Don’t go to Organic nail bar- they screwed us over and took our money, leaving us unhappy and with nothing. Should have been a sign that we were the only people in there. Not expecting them to open for very much longer- they don’t seem to have it together.

Man oh man. Worst pedicure ever! lasted 20 minutes and advertised it is 30 minutes. The shaping job looks like a 2 year old did it and the polish job? the same. They were not busy in fact one employee was sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs. Why did I bother?!! I do not recommend.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend!! I am from out of state, I wanted to get mine and my daughter's nails and toes done while we were in town. The women did not believe me about my daughter's age, as if it mattered. They were speaking in a foreign language so I used Google Translate and they were talking about us. When I called her out on it, she denied it. If the English language was spoken, there wouldn't be any discrepancies on what was said. Just rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Never again!

The second time I went here was horrendous! I asked to get a fill done on my nails, and acknowledged that one of them was likely broken/sore and should be left alone. Instead of leaving it alone the woman tried clipping the acrylic off, and then called someone over to help who proceeded to advise her on ripping the other side off. At this point my nail was clearly ripping and bleeding. I told them that I didn't want them to continue, and they kept insisting and trying while also refusing to communicate with me. I finally got up to leave, and they immediately went into CYA mode. Upon leaving I was told that I didn't need to pay for the service and that my nail was already ripped and to come back later. My nail wasn't bleeding when I came in, and now it is along with being half ripped off. Not to mention now my right hand is half ground down and the other is not. What a TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. Hopefully I don't have an infection- Don't go to this place, no nail place should be ripping off your nails. It's sad because the first time I visited Organic Nail Bar the visit was pretty good! The tech did a great job doing my ombre nails in the exact way that I wanted them too! Stay far away from this place.

The place was very nice and clean . Man did my pedicure ,he was nice and gentle but pedicure from 5 was 2+ ! Gel manicure was done by young lady ,lot's of colors to choose from! Manicure was done better than pedicure.. But not the great one. You be the judge posting pictures! Love the TV natural geographic movies very relaxing and interesting, other than that love salon. Will come again and see if my experience will be better, always giving second chance :) I love how nice and clean inside the salon !
