UPDATE: Great service! Crystal strives to ensure her customers concerns are heard and addressed. Will definitely be my go to nail salon. Fantastic nail artistry!

If you like a good experience whilst also being serviced, this is the place to go! I was provided hospitality and nail services by Miss Amy. I’ve been to many nail salons in my life and most are getting you in and out but here you feel welcomed, loved, and comfortable. Seriously, one lady even told her customer she loved her on the way out and proceeded to say the same to each of her colleagues as they left for the night ❤️ You could tell they have a family oriented thing going on in the atmosphere & who doesn’t love that ?

Two stars for being open on a Sunday and accommodating my 16 yr Old's schedule. However the staff was rude, my granddaughter was just left in a chair for 30 minutes without any explanation. The woman next to me asked for a $50 pedicure and then was told it was going to be $60. The woman who finished my granddaughters nails filed her fingers so hard that they were bleeding when we left. The place was dirty I even tripped on a towel left on the floor. They are cash only but don't tell you that when you call. Conveniently they have an ATM inside that you can use for a fee. All the employees were talking and giggling among themselves in their native tongue which can make some people feel like they are being gossiped about right in front of them. We won't be going back

1 star based on my experience from last week. I texted Crystal asking if they were busy that I wanted a full set with hard gel (nail builder) with no tip. She replied saying to come. I thought my appointment would be with her since I texted her phone (which she later said was the business phone, yet she replied to my text). I was seeing by some lady (1st time seeing her) who I felt uneasy with based on how she was holding the drill. She wasn’t careful or meticulous when building out my nails with the hard gel. They looked HORRIBLE, but she kept saying she’d fix. After 2 hours I said enough and that I hated them, she was barely still working on one hand. Crystal took over and with an attitude, was being so rough that I had to tell her to please be gentle and not rude to me, we ultimately got into an argument. She didn’t do much to make the nails look better and because she had other people waiting I felt bad and told her I could be seeing by James who she claimed was good (also had never seen him before). Nails were so bad I told him to take off. Crystal and James suggested I do tip with powder dip. I did! James was nice and tried his best, however, some nails were crooked, one was so bad I asked him to remove and re apply. Nails were longer than I wanted and overall looked bulky, looked like roaches on my fingers. I wanted to get out of there that I said I liked. Nails are a matter of taste. Some may say my nails looked nice, but I didn’t like them. When it came down to paying it was $65, I wasn’t offered no type of discount for the screw up and I was there a total of 5 hours. I took nails off 4 days after after, one broke and rest looked far from natural. I texted them to request a refund and they said no and argued with me how they turn clients away because they were working on me. Lies! They didn’t turn anyone away. And by the time I left, they had maybe 3 people in the salon and at least 3 employees doing nothing. I’ve been going to Crystal on and off for 5 years. It’s always hit and miss. Helen, Thomas and Crystal (at times) do a good job. Crystal can be rude at times and does a rush job. She takes every single walk in and some times doesn’t pay attention to what the client asks. One time I asked for almond and she did square (yes I asked her to fix) while I was there some girl asked for green French tip, and she did to that but also did color acrylic and charged her $65 for the fill and the girl specially told her “I don’t want color powder” and Crystal kept going and still charged her for her mistake! Powder dip mani are $45, yet she charged as if I had did the hard gel full set. I honestly didn’t want to pay, but didn’t want issue with cops. Overall horrible service. Took nails off the proper way but because they filed them so much you can see my skin because of how paper thin they are.
