Not sure I would go back. Decent manicure but a little overpriced, and difficult manager. We made appointments 3 days ahead but then got a call 30 minutes before saying to please “come early because we’re too busy.” When we said we couldn’t come early we were instructed multiple times to “not be late” because they were “packed.” A little annoying because we’d had the appointments for 3 days, it wasn’t our fault they’d overbooked. Upon arrival we were immediately told that we would need to be “quiet” because there had been “complaints” about noise. It seems they want a spa atmosphere, not a nail salon. I wouldn’t go here if you want to go with friends- you will be instructed to not talk, lol. We weren’t shouting but we would have enjoyed a conversation. Finally, the manager requested we pay cash at the end despite the sign saying debit was accepted. Sorry I don’t carry $100 cash on me! We were told to “bring cash next time.” I don’t think there will be a next time for us!

I rarely get my nails done, like once every two years. So I am no expert on this, but Tony, the owner runs a really great salon. They were so curteous and professional. They listened closely to a concern I had about pedicures then were careful to provide excellent work. The place is peaceful (even with 5 customers and 7 staff) all was calm and relaxing. The employees remain quiet while working, respecting the spa atmosphere. I just may become a regular! Me! A finely manicured woman after all these years.

Kim is an artist! We showed Kim a photo and she matched it perfectly! They were clean, kind and fun to spend some time with while my daughter and I got our nails done for the very first time. Thank You!

I went in to purchase a $100 gift card and the owner said he preferred cash because the technicians have to pay taxes on the tip. He kept on referring to paying taxes on credit. I'm sorry, but he lost $100 today because he doesn't want to pay taxes. He suggested I use the ATM to withdrawal cash. It's unfortunate that these small businesses know how to work the system. The business is trying to hide their finances from the IRS.

This review was solely for the front desk guy who was probably the owner of this place. He was rude and ignorant. I came to this place for the second time today, from the moment I entered, I didn't feel welcome. While I was waiting in the waiting area, he came over to me started talking, first I didn't understand what he was saying, he then pointed outside and asked me to step out to speak. He said that I shouldn't talk on the phone while inside. I was so puzzled and asked him what he was talking about? For one, I wasn't talking on the phone, in fact I never talk on the phone in public places like this. He said that they had just post this rule since someone had complained. Why did he need to speak to me alone without any cause? He was so rude and I almost left. 30 minutes later, a white woman walked in, he didn't take her outside and told her about their new rule. curious? It was clear that he targeted me because I am an Asian, he thought he could be rude to me. I will never go back to that place, too bad I think the two people who did my pedi and mani were fine people, they did good job, no complain about them. but I will never want to give my business to the place where the owner was so disrespectful.
