Walked in and they didn't have no clients. I wanted a full set for my daughter. They lady than began to remove my daughter's nails very aggressively. My daughter than told her to stop. Than she told my daughter if you can't handle me taking off the nails than I can't do a full set on you. So my daughter got up and the lady said it was $10 plus a $1 fee for card. She removed 8 nails this is ridiculous. Now I see why they had no clients at 2:45 pm

I didn’t ask for white I wanted all ombré but I decided to make the best of it. Didn’t tell me to wash my hands and I got dirt or stuff from where she made me put my hand on and now I got a black stained jeans. Cricked and lifting upwards, didn’t even bother to wipe off the acrylic powder on my pinky 😐. Nails look different shapes because she didn’t apply the acrylic powder right and was very rushed. I see bubbles that aren’t supposed to be there and it was 50$, if I could give a 0 I would.

They do the nail designs pretty good but the only problem is that the lady that did my nail did it fast and did it crocked

I have never been so dissatisfied with the service I received. The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry that she Ripped off one of my nails. So when she chose to put another set on she didn’t get the right size. I have spots where there is no nail. The nails that she did put on there wasn’t enough acrylic. Some sides are flat. I will never go there again.
