I go for the pedicure. Nice, relaxing, ticklish for me. Nice

Denise was the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever had. I came in with my friend expecting just a standard manicure, but her stellar professionalism, precision, and friendliness made me want to leave this review. From helping me pick out the color/design to the care she took when painting and to taking a genuine interest when chatting with me, I felt so pampered and wanted to come all the time. The pink/white ombré gel came out amazing too! Thank you Denise!

Honestly, one of the worst manicures I have had.. the gel is super thick and uneven with lumps in it! I asked the nail tech to not use a drill, she used the drill THREE times and ignored my wish to not have a drill on my nails, over cut my cuticles even after I asked her to be careful because my nail bed separates from my cuticles and bleed! then she even drilled my cuticles!! $41 wasted I soaked it off the next day due to how trouble it looked and how my damaged my nails are now-- took me years to get healthy nails back :( I will not be back!!

The staff were professional and friendly. The office manager was extremely helpful and always put customer satisfaction first. Definitely come again in near future.

I love this place, girls are nice and do a good job, that’s my gel rainbow French mani in very short nails. I’d recommend this place in Menlo Park 100%. Also, all the staff is masked, and constantly cleaning their hands after each client, I never felt unsafe in that regard.
