Really, appallingly bad gel mani. Polish didn't go all the way to the tips of my nails, giving it a shaggy, melty look, and color was very uneven. Tech clearly lacked basic training. I asked for something really simple, too: a dark red mani on my short nails. Looked like a 5yo did it and was unacceptable enough that they're redoing it for me now. They're taking forever to redo it, though, and I think another client is having an issue too... There goes my Sunday evening; I'm not getting these 3hrs back.

I have been to so many places around Redwood City for nails and this place is the best! They use sanitized tools fresh out of the packet, take their time with your nails and often times use hot stone for their pedicures. The staff is so nice and it hasn’t been crowded which is nice during covid. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I love it here! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great nail spot.

Great service; friendly staff. The pedicure was relaxing; they used scrub; hot stones & the chairs were massage chairs. Cc accepted.

I wanted to like them so I could be a regular customer since they are so close to my house. A few minutes after the gel manicure I noticed that they forgot to put a top coat on one of my hands so I went back , no big deal, a mistake. SO the person reluctantly acknowledged she forgot and then wanted to make me wait which I was okay with but then I realized she wanted me to wait until she was completely done with the other customer (just started on the pedicure). After waiting for 10 minutes I told her I’d come back since I had milk waiting in my car. I came back at the discussed time and she wanted to make me wait again! I was super annoyed at this point. The top coat on one hand literally took
