I went in and asked for the gray ombre and all they did was ruin my hair. This is the worse experience ive ever had and still had to pay full price.

Save your money and don’t go to this place. Bad customer service. They do half ass on nails. Got my nails done here twice. The first time I did my nails here it literally only lasted a week I had to go back to get a fill. Now it’s only been 3 days and my nails are already pulling and tugging on my hair! Every time I tell the nail techs that they are missing a spot on either polish or acrylic or how I want my nails they get angry and start raising their voice and stating their opinion then start talking in their language to the next nail tech. Very rude and unprofessional! $40 for a fill? But the price on the chart says $25? Yeah they def add their personal tips to the price! Make sure you do your own math and don’t let them play you
