This place was awesome. My friend and I went for Sunday brunch the Lobster roll and Sliders are a must. The wine selection was very tasty and smooth. Kimberly was our server and she was awesome. She really gave us an experience that we won’t forget. Thank you Kimberly! And I unexpectedly was able to meet a 35 year old spider monkey for the first, I never would have thought that I would have this experience here pleasantly surprised 😌🙌🏽🙏🏽🤓

Do not let the coolness of a castle and moat fool you into trying to set up reservations at this place. I went to Paso this last weekend to celebrate my birthday with a small (only 5) group of friends. To start off, the online reservation system is very confusing and has almost no information on what you are making a reservation for. When we tried to call the winery to confirm that we could have lunch and do a tasting at the same time it took 3 people calling for 2 days to finally get a response from them. And then on Saturday, we showed up 5 minutes before our reservation time only to be told that, sorry, but we're fully booked and because of the rain we have no more room. There were TWO ROOMS of table completely empty. When we went back to our driver he told us this is the third time this has happened to a group he was driving around. And to top it all of, the hostess was rude and acted like she couldn't care less that we had reservations and made no apology at all. I'm telling everyone I know to not bother with this place. I'll by saying we went right next door to a different winery and they JUMPED at the chance to get us seated even though they were already very busy. The manager said it best when he said "any small business that turns away customers on a day like today is insane."

Loved our first visit to Tooth and Nail today. It was highly recommended and I can see why. Great food and amazing wines. Tanner was the absolute best and I’d highly recommend you ask for him by name. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Tasting experience was OK. A bit rushed. It appears as if they're trying to cash in with high #s. Wines I tasted weren't memorable. The "possessor" (a blend) was nothing special for the hype, most of the rest of wines on list were too sweet and no tannins or characteristics to write home about. I probably won't come back. As for their wines, there's so many good ones in this area to waste any time here on expensive wines.

Amazing atmosphere, the castle has been handed off to a few different names, but Tooth and Nail has taken great care of it and the decor is better than ever, featuring art by E.Wilcox, giving a macbre renaissance feel to the already medieval setting. The wine selection is unique, we tasted mostly red blends, The Stand was fantastic, as was the 2019 Pinot. No real complaints. I will say, the hostess at the door was a bit underwhelming, she seemed more concerned with her cellphone than welcoming guests, she did welcome us and greet us after a moment, when we left we of course gave thanks and said goodbye, again she was too deep into her cellphone to respond, I found it a bit rude but again, no complaints, it must have been important. When she wasn't at the front she was lounging in the private party area, I only know because on my way to the restroom I saw her and got the "deer in headlights stare". The ladies in the dining/tasting area were beyond fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we were happy. We were immediately welcomed, given a sample splash to welcome is to the castle, they answered all my questions professionally and promptly, and we had a wonderful time. Ironically, the awesome service in the dining/tasting area was provided by someone who was at the time training someone else. They did a very good job and made a lasting impression on us. The establishment was clean, looked amazing, the food and drink were top notch, and we left happy (aside from that young lady with her phone addiction). Thank you.
