So expensive and they try pushing the ridiculous “premium pedicures” on you. My doctor called while I was getting a pedicure and I was talking to her and the owner asked me to keep my voice down. I was mortified because I’m always very away and conscious of people around me and my volume on phone calls. There was only one other customer in the place at the time too.

Bad for acrylics! The lady who did my nails kept shaking her head and clicking her tongue because of the simple design I asked for. She acted as if this was something that is not allowed and gave me attitude when I was asking questions. Didn’t even put the hearts on the nails, just wanted me gone. Even worse, was charged $90 for this!!! I went with my friend who got way longer acrylics with an ombré and snowflake design, AND SHE PAID LESS THAN ME! So disappointing, never getting my nails done there again, and I recommend if you want a design (even if it’s simple), go somewhere else. The first photo is what I asked for. The second is what I got.

Worst nail experience of my entire life. I now have 8 layers of gel on an uneven manicure. After being stuck there for 2 hours I walked out with an awesome pedicure… and a gel manicure that’ll now require surgical removal. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Very unprofessional. My husband is Vietnamese so I could understand everything they were saying. From the moment I walked in they made comments about how I wanted a difficult design but wouldn't be able to afford it. Wow! Because I am not Caucasian? Completely judgmental and catty staff. They spoke not only about me, but also about other customers. They read the appointment book and said this girl's name sounds like she's black. Should that even matter? They messed up on the design, another worker walked by and said it was ugly, and Cindy (who is supposed to be their best) said well she isn't complaining so who cares. I was thinking about giving up on asking her to do the design and going elsewhere to have it redone. But after that nasty comment I absolutely told her to do it right. I couldn't believe they could care less if a customer came out with ugly nails! Take some pride in your work! Would never come back here again unless you enjoy being talked about in front of your face in another language.

Place is absolutely beautiful! Good selection of colors (gel in my case). Prices are a little bit high. I paid $85 for pedicure (75+tips) although at first they gave me a price of $50. I shoot a star for misinformation because I pointed out that I need a gel pedicure right after I showed up. with pedicure, the skin of the feet and fingers is not treated too well, the next day everything peels off and does not look too neat.
