Holly is the best! She’s just amazing! Super sweet, patient, positive! I did the rose petal champagne $60 pedi with her and want to go back every day 💕 so glad we found her! The staff here have great attitudes and stay longer to do their best!

Don’t come here and don’t give it a benefit of the doubt. My mother and I came in here for Two pedicures and a fill. They called us back via phone to let us know they had room for us. There were only two women working. I’ve never felt so low in my life and we were clearly racially discriminated against. I am an African American woman, mom of 3 kids and my husband dropped us off after church to unwind. We waited for over an hour with our feet soaking like prunes. One lady started on my mothers pedicure and rushed through her pedicure while doing 3 other customers feet simultaneously. As my feet soaked for almost 40 minutes a young Caucasian woman came in and the nail technicians felt the need to put her in front of me and did her entire pedicure uninterrupted (and no this lady did not have an appointment she was a walk-in).As I sat patiently waiting. I watched two black women come in after us and they turned them away stating they didn’t have time. A Caucasian family and and another Caucasian woman came in shortly after and they immediately accepted them in. Minutes later they told my mother that they could not accommodate her fill today and if she could come back later once they realized they needed to cater my white counterparts. I did not appreciate this so I left without my feet done. We came for 3 services and only got one rushed pedicure that was horrible. She even rubbed cold rocks on my moms legs as opposed to hot rocks. I will never come back. I normally go to Leon who does nice nails but I refuse to even come back to him this was completely humiliating and dehumanizing. Please make adjustments with how you treat your paying customers especially minorities. My guess is that they assumed that since we were black that we would not tip so they could treat us poorly. Which couldn’t be so far from the truth. I will never patronize at this place and I suggest anyone of color or dislikes being treated less than doesn’t either.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years now, and although the outcome is great, each time I have to wait up to over an hour. For example today I had an appointment for a pedicure at 10:45 and right now it is 11:36 and they still haven’t started. This happens everytime and I’m tired of it.

I use to come here when it was Neo Nails and I loved them! But once it switched to Tonys nails I've been coming every now and then because it's not too friendly. I have made appointments and still had to wait 20+ minutes to get attended. And when They tell me that they are ready for me they say they will do my pedicure today and I can come back tomorrow for my full set?! Umm excuse me! The only good thing about this place is Leon. But other than that, extremely unprofessional.

Don’t come here go somewhere else they make wait for ever and they over charge me for a job that they didn’t even finish they just did that acrylic and came to me telling me to come back bcz they didn’t have time to do the design when they sure told me that at the beginning when I show them what I wanted plus they are so rough they make me blush for one of nails and they didn’t even say sorry just a horrible place they only care about the money not their clients!! If I can give cero stars I will..
