Very bad experience! Went there for a very quick and easy service: a gel removal. The girl removed my gel with a Dremel machine instead of using nail remover and aluminium paper (which takes longer I guess). My nails are usually very strong and healthy but since then they are totally breaking and damaged. I won’t come again

It's been over a week and my gel mani looks fresh! The techs here actually take time to fully clean your cuticles/nails and use quality polishes that last. I use my hands a lot, opening cans, deep cleaning, washing dishes, etc and my nails still look fresh. Thank you ladies!

AVOID. The same thing happened to me at this place a couple weeks ago and it was traumatic. Rather than soak to remove a gel manicure, the nail tec sanded the gel off and practically sanded my nails off too. When I told her it was hurting and asked if that was normal, she said yes. I should have known to stop what was happening but I didn't realize the extent of the damage until it was too late. When I showed her how she'd shaved off so much my natural nail and created this horrible texture (because she somehow didn't notice or didn't care?), she said it was because my nails were too thin to begin with! Well, they weren't before, but they certainly are now. When I asked her why she didn't soak them off instead, she said because that causes damage. The irony! Like the previous reviewer, my nails are now bright red, paper thin, and painful to the touch, I couldn't even wash dishes for about a week, and I have to keep them extremely short so they don't split right down the center. It's been a couple weeks since this happened, and my nail beds are now covered in tiny blood blisters, and in some places the nail has lifted off the nail bed. This will grow out eventually, but it will take time. It had been at least two years since my last manicure and my nails were natural, long, healthy and strong. The gel manicure I got here was so poorly done it began peeling off after 3 days. A caution to future customers: if someone breaks out the sander, RUN. But I would avoid this place all together! Horror story!

The staff is friendly but the place is clutter and not as clean as it used to be. I got gel powder removal. The nail tech (Sandy, Sammy? Can't remember her name) could not differintiate between my natural nail bed and the gel. She practically shaved my nails to the point that it hurts to wash my hands. I reminded her that I did not have agrylic that those were my natural nails but it was too late. I should have known it was not going to end well when she immediately used the sanding down tool instead of soaking my nails in acetone. This used to be my favorite nail salon. It's under a new owner now and this has been my worst nail experience ever. I'm truly disappointed! You can see in the pics the red areas are super tender and the dents from the nails being shaved down.
