Came here because of all the good reviews. WORST experience ever! I should’ve left as soon as I walked in, the place was basically empty. I had an appointment for gel removal and dip powder set. When she was removing my gel, she didn’t even use foil, and used the SAME cotton ball on both of my hands, didn’t even let the acetone sit for more than a minute on each side before switching the dirty cotton ball onto my other hand. When I asked if there were more colors for dip powder all she said was “that’s a lot of colors” so rude. She dipped my whole finger in the pot - NOT SANITARY, and didn’t clean up my cuticles at all. She BARELY even filed my nails. Didn’t bother asking if I wanted a new shape or my nails shorter. Plus there is dip powder stained all around my fingers, didn’t bother cleaning that up either, only told me to go wash my hands in the sink. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon EVER. oh and the owner? She was sitting in a pedicure chair just on her phone. So unprofessional. Do not waste your money!!!!! I wasted 50$ coming here!!!! So upset.
