I do enjoy Tracy's and they do good work, but the prices changed at some point and the website hasn't been updated. I looked up the cost before hand to make sure I had enough money, but was charged more and told that because their menu (which I was never shown) had the price it was okay. I don't have a lot of money, so this was very frustrating. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known.

It was awful experience for me as a deaf person. I went there for a manicure and pedicure. They did my nails and toenails beautiful. However, the massage part for my feet and legs, it was so painful. I kept telling the lady to not use her nails. She ignored and kept massaging roughly. She acted like I am the rude one when I told her to be more gentle. I got upset because I wanted to be able to relax after a rough day. I want to prepare for the weekend of fun because I am getting married….. I kept myself composed as everyone are humans and need to earn money etc. Then I proceeded to pay the bill. They chased after me claiming that I don’t pay the bill and demanded me to pay the tip. It was pure chaos at the salon. I was not able to understand due to language barriers, heavy accents, and masks. I am posting this review because this business have the opportunity to learn and grow from this. I would like to try again however, it was too traumatic for me to come back…. Unless the owner apologize or acknowledge my experience and give proper training for their employees as how to interact with customers and listen to what their customers wanted or needs.

Fun to go with a friend. Wonderful massages with the massage chairs are very comfortable. My fingers and toes are very happy with this place.

I love this salon. They continue to deliver excellent customer service and have a huge choice of nail color and services. Well done. Polly

The good salon should be come. I came here once a month to take care of my nails. Nail technicians are very talented and focused, and fast. They use their own products and techniques that are more gentle on your nails than regular salons.
