Not good service expensive and dirty

I usually go to DnL by kmart, but that spot was closed the day i was free for a pedicure. Their set up was outside due to covid-19 protocols so my pedicure was dry. I usually get ingrown nails due to always wearing closed toe shoes so when attempting to remove the ingrown nails the lady hurt me a lot! Using no water and attempting to remove the stubborn nails was torture. The lady was super nice, but because of my ingrown nails i require my feet to be soaked so it won't be as painful/ nails will be soft. Price was 30$ which was a bit pricey for what i regularly pay. Not to mention my big toes still have part of the ingrown left behind.

I just moved to the area and wanted to find a new nail salon spot. I will never go here again!! The lady doing my nails was on her phone the whole time and acted like I was a bother to her the whole time which was so uncomfortable. My sister came with me and she asked if a design could be done to a nail and two lady's told her yes over and over so she agreed to have her nails grinded down and changed. Once they took off her original color and design they told her "oops, we cant do that design." She was mad since she was told numerous times they could do it. Then to top it all off when I went to pay the lady tried adding in her own tip by pushing the computer screen in front of me. I had to block her hand and tell her no. So unprofessional and awkward! Never EVER will i go here again.
