My best friends incredible family dog passed away after being locked in a over heated drying cage at this salon. His temperature was above 109 when he was finally brought to the vet. The salon refused to take responsibility for what happened. I would not wish this pain on any pet owner. No dog should have to needlessly die over a haircut.

Great Groomers!! My pup, Otis, has been going there for 3+ years to get groomed. He is a 60 pound labradoodle and this is the only groomer that he is willing to go back to see. His previous groomers did nothing wrong, but he would refused to enter their shops. Otis hops out of the car and goes right inside. Prior to going here he was getting fox tails in his paws because the other groomers were not trimming there. I would rather pay more for grooming and less at the vet.

This salon killed my best friends dog - please do not send your dog here. My best friends family dropped their perfectly healthy and extremely beloved dog Otis off to be groomed and received a call hours later that he had overheated and died locked in a heated cage. No apology, no explanation. Upon arrival the only thing they were told is this is not our fault and to take him away. His temperature was 109 degrees when they brought him to the vet. We are all mourning our Otis and the only thing I can think to do is try and warn others before this happens again.

Our beauties love this salon. They rush through the door every 6 weeks and come out smelling as delicious as they look. We crew-cut our Labs because I have asthma and it really helps with the shedding. It's a difficult job for a groomer, especially when your customer won't stop wiggling. Jane & Paul

Our 3 year old healthy french bulldog Otis died at For Paws today. We sent him for a bath and he was dead 3 hours later. The place was so crowded and chaotic, we tried to reschedule but were told not to worry. Otis was left unattended when he overheated and died. Our whole family is gutted. He was our sunshine. Rather than apologize for the tragedy, they repeatedly told us they did nothing wrong. Why is a healthy young dog dead then? The vet said his temperature was over 109 when he arrived there, already deceased. I share this needless tragedy so it doesn't happen to anyone’s beloved pet ever again. I don't want Otis to have died in vain.
