Rhonda is the BEST!!!! She takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect!! She is very knowledgeable about all things nails. One of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! She did both my nails and my pedicure and the massage she gave was honestly the best hand and foot massage! Go see Rhonda for all your nail needs!!

Rhonda told me I couldn’t get my nails done bc I’m Mexican and then proceeded to call me racial slurs. 0/10.

I went in to Pop Nails with my best friend for her birthday and I got a simple set. I asked for coffin shape and a simple line design in blue. During the shaping I asked if she can cut up my cuticles and clean up my nails. During this process she nicked my middle finger and it was bleeding. After this it was done I was not really pleased with the design at all but of course I was too shy to say anything because I was afraid of backlash. During my friends pedicure when she spoke up about wanting an adjustment on her design the tech kept challenging her and pushing back. The next day the same finger that she had nicked on my hand was infected. When I called the salon to ask for a refund they said that I had already came with cuts on my fingers and it was my fault because I asked her to cut my cuticles( how does that make sense). This establishment is very unprofessional and not clean, & any disagreement is met with gaslighting. please take precaution
