I thought for the service I wanted their prices were a little over the top. It may be fine for someone else. I couldn't see paying that now!

i just moved to the area and this nail salon had the best reviews near me. Let me say they are worth every dollar they take there time with you and they make sure you come out looking on point. i will be back for sure!

Wonderful customer service, and they actually care about the health of your real nails! And the point system is unlike the other salons. I've finally found the perfect nail salon for me! ***Update after several months of loyalty and spending hundreds of dollars there, literally. **** One would think loyal customers would be valued and respected, this appears not to be the case with Amy. Which is strange, because I would definitely appreciate people requesting to tip me, essentially. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed her doing very complicated intricate designs on women in the pedicure chairs, but for some strange reason, she always moves me to a regular chair because "it's easier." I've only chosen very simple designs with stickers or two or glitter on the tips. Apparently, my comfort doesn't matter as much as other clients. Yesterday, not only did this happen, but she also had a moment when she thought speaking to me like child was appropriate, she also cut my thumb and made me bleed. She also didn't layer the gel like she usually does so now my nails are thin. Likely because while she was speaking to me like she forgot that I am an adult who deserves respect, I asked her "are you ok today?" Was there an apology or discount? Nope. Did I still tip her? Yes. I'm disappointed, but not surprised, as there is an abundance of anti-Blackness in Asian communities. Does anyone have nail salon recommendations for a Black woman who just wants to be treated consistently well?

1st time was nice with June. 2nd time, coming in on my birthday with a 10am appointment and waiting 15 m-20 minutes to get in, and Again this was with an appointment… umm, No Thank you. Won’t be coming back. The guy knew I had a 10am appointment and was with another taking his sweet time, my guess was a walk in. Word of advice: I say acknowledge your appointments first, make sure they’re taken care of.
