I really wanted to like this place, the atmosphere is nice, the workers are friendly. I got acrylics and was not completely happy when I walked out of the salon. The prices on the website are about $5 less than what I was charged and I didn’t ask about it but it irked me, she also nicked my cuticle before finished and I asked her to clean it and she kind of just apologized and ignored me, finished the manicure (including putting oil over the bleeding cuticle/dusty from filing) and had me wash my hands. All that tho I probably would’ve only given a 4 star review because some things just happen. But I can’t excuse using products that have been barred from salons for years. When it came time to remove my nails I soaked in acetone and realized that it was MMA not EMA that was on my nails. EMA flakes off much easier while MMA is gummy and takes longer to remove. I ended up having to soak my fingers for 40 minutes which is just unnecessary but I’m glad it caused no permanent damage. In any case though, MMA was banned for a reason and I’ve learned to em watch for the signs and I hate that I fell for it here.

Absolutely loved it! Lindsey did an amazing job on my nails — even gave it her own little twist & they came out amazing!!!!

I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was horrible! I should have known from the minute I walked in. I asked about some of the nail options they had on the check-in screen, and the lady selected one for me without even answering my question. i corrected her and asked to have a full set with dip and nail extensions. when i sat down to pick a color, she seemed to be rushing me even though it wasn’t busy. they didn’t have the color i asked for so i picked a different one. the color she came back with was way more pink than i wanted, but she started using it anyway. i asked to have nail extensions put on and she kept saying “natural”. i kept saying the color wasn’t what i wanted so she added a lighter color on the last layer which didn’t even change it at all. i asked for round shaped nails and she filed them to be a square with round edges. my nails are thick and uneven. i’m considering going elsewhere to redo them right now, and extremely upset about wasting $50.

The women who work here are very nice and friendly. The spa is super clean. They do a good job on my nails. I haven’t tried anything else yet.

Tracy is good at cutting hair and takes a lot of care into cutting it. I also did a regular walk in for my appointment and it was super easy.
