I could not be happier with a Loma spa. All the staff is very professional and very kind and very friendly. I have had my eyelashes permed by Carrie a few times… and I love the results. I had permanent eyeliner done by Leyen, and it is absolutely wonderful. I am 57 years old, and the eyesight, and steady hand isn’t what it used to be. It’s amazing to wake up in the morning, put on a little eyeshadow, and mascara, and walk out the door in less than 3 minutes. No more messed up/thick eyeliner… And no more pinching of my eyelids from the eyelash curler. Thank you Loma Spa: Leyen and Carrie, for making me look good in the morning in less than 3 minutes.

Really disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and yesterday I booked luxury gel mani with removal that costs $65 according to the app. I was charged $74 since they claimed I had acrylic mani and it took more time to remove. I had a regular gel mani with dip powder, that’s it, it wasn’t acrylic. On top of that, they damaged every single finger when removing the gel and it hurt really bad, also the person I booked my appointment with (Holly) just dumped me in the middle of the appointment switching to a different client. I was clear that I wasn’t okay with that. They never asked me what nail shape I wanted and just assumed the same I had. I can’t believe I payed $74 for this experience, I guess I was just really upset and wanted to leave the place ASAP without causing confrontation. But I’m deleting the app and won’t come back.

I went for my first facial here yesterday day and if I could give 1000 stars, I would. The COVID procedure is that you wait outside the establishment until your appointment time. Your esthetician will take your temperature and then ask you to sanitize your hands. I got the brightening pomegranate facial which took roughly an hour and I would highly recommend. My esthetician, Helen, was incredible. She took great care of my skin and made me feel like a new (glowing) person.
