I usually never leave any negative comments but this was a very unpleasant experience. Overall terrible customer service. She hurt my nail 4 times and although I told her she didn’t stop at all. She blamed me for my complaint and started talking to her coworker in their language which was so rude and unprofessional. I had to leave without getting my nails done. Never ever going back again…

TERRIBLE PLACE EVER.. don’t waste your money and time here. People are terrible and so unprofessional. I asked for a nail art, they said they can do it but can’t, If you can’t do it just say “NO” and I’ll go somewhere else. Let’s not waste each other’s time !! And the worse is they are not sorry at all !! Nightmare experience !! Shady place !!

RUN FAR AWAY from this place. I came in to get a full acrylic set and pedicure for my wedding. This took 2 1/2 hours and they didn’t even have time to finish before I went to my wedding license appointment. This is also completely false advertising, it is no longer owned by bollinger and the new management is horrible. Place is not well kept and staff aren’t great at what they do. When I showed them a simple design I wanted they told me that they couldn’t do it because they only have one person to do design and she wasn’t available. Then I preselected a color I wanted and instead of telling me that that color wasn’t available, they proceeded to use a completely different ugly shade. The acrylic was also way too thick. And when I tried to say I shouldn’t have to pay for at least the acrylics they argued back. And I was so annoyed and was too late that I just let them and paid for the horrible job. I’m now going to have to pay to get them redone at a completely different place. Save yourself and do not give them your business.

I came in to the salon 1 and a half hour before closing time for a plain manicure. As soon as I walked into the salon all the workers just stared at me as if I was from outer space. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen. One of the the other workers had to go get her only for her to tell me that they didn’t have any space.
