My nails look good. You don’t very much of a massage with the gel manicure or the pedicure. They threw some lotion on me and blotted it off with a towel. But my nails look good.

This review is based on my first and last visit to this salon. I had booked my appointment and stated that I wanted to have my old acrylic set removed and a new set applied. Upon coming into the hot salon, with absolutely no A/C, the technician greeted me and sat me to get my acrylics removed. In my past experience, across multiple salons, I have had them soaked off or filed down in preparation for a new set... The male technician pulled out a tip (a long plastic acrylic tip usually used for new nails) and basically slid it up and under my current acrylics in a hasty manner and forced my acrylics off (my poor nail beds). When I expressed concern and discomfort, he continued and told me that this was a much better and quicker way to remove them. All I can say is OUCH... and my pain tolerance is high. This was an awful experience and I will NOT be coming back. When you pay for your nails to be done for you, you’d typically expect a lovely experience... this was the opposite. I felt like I was a pest instead of a guest in their building since they seemed to be in such a hurry to not even take the time to do the most basic part of their job correctly or professionally. If I wanted to forcibly rip my acrylics off, while drastically damage my nail beds in the process, I could’ve done that myself. I’ve waited to see how the new set lasted and it has been okay, the clear gel coat wasn’t the best quality and became discolored over time. Acrylic friends, avoid this salon at all costs.

I got a full set of acrylics done here and I can't begin to describe how much I love my nails! The gentleman that did them was working so fast I was worried that he was rushing it and they wouldn't turn out good. In reality, he just really knew what he was doing and was very detail oriented, making sure they shape and length was perfect for each one. I only ever got acrylics done out of state where I currently lived and my regular nail tech has a very different method. The person doing my nails was so patient with me even though I was confused at points. Everything was so reasonably priced too!

Great service! I felt so welcome and they did amazing quality work! Can’t wait to go back, thinking of getting acrylic next time I go. Thank you to the staff and management for having a clean environment. 10/10. Highly recommend.
