I originally gave a 5 star review after coming here to TN Nail Salon, in Pleasanton, for years. The only manicurist who can do acrylic nails is the man that works there who I think is also the owner. I have been meaning to update my review and seeing how he responds to his other customers on here made me want to share my experience. I have known him and have been coming to this nail salon for years. I am so disappointed in how unprofessional he has become and how he treats his customers. I recommended this salon and his work specifically to my friends and in the end wish I never gave them my business. After quite a few bad encounters, with very inappropriate things being said that cannot be said on here, I have never stepped foot in that salon since and have found other very professional and cleaner salons. I am sorry to the others who work there. They are very sweet but I am very disappointed with how unprofessional he is. ☹️ Just look at how he responds to his other customers with lower star reviews.

I had a great experience getting my nails done by Tom, and he was so friendly and kept checking in with me the entire time! The space was clean and spacious, and I was comfortable. I loved my pedicure and Tom did such a great job that I definitely want to come back again!

They do an excellent job doing Mani’s and Pedi’s. I highly recommend everyone go here. It’s quiet and so relaxing. 😇

Yesterday, I had an appointment for pedicure and manicure including acrylic filling. When I arrived at 2 p.m. the guy was surprised that I had an appointment (I called the day before to make the appointment). He made me wait for 30 minutes to start with the pedicure. After receiving a great pedicure from one of the ladies, I was excused because he didn't have time for manicure and filling. According to him I hadn't mentioned the acrylic filling on the phone. The lady who gave me the pedicure told me he was the only one who does the acrylic fillings and his 3 p.m. appointment had arrived, so there was no time for me. I give the extra star because of the lady who gave me the pedicure the great pedicure.
